Five meeting rooms comfortably accommodate 25 to 200 conference guests. Three meeting rooms are on the first floor of the main lodge looking out on Fallen Leaf Lake.

The fifth meeting room is on the second floor along with the dining room, business center and common areas.

All meeting rooms provide natural light and most have views of Fallen Leaf Lake. Numerous outdoor decks and adjacent cabins provide additional breakout space.

All meeting rooms have wireless high-speed Internet access. Cordless microphones, LCD projectors and additional a/v equipment are included in your meeting package.

For smaller groups of 10 to 30 people, please consider the Stanford Alpine Chalet, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe.

Accommodations are simple yet comfortable with spectacular views of Fallen Leaf Lake and the surrounding Sierra peaks.

The main lodge, at the center of the property, offers 12 single rooms along with the spacious meeting and dining facilities as well as comfortable common areas. The entire main lodge including the lodge rooms provide free wireless high-speed Internet access.

Spread throughout the Jeffrey Pines and Incense Cedars are clusters of two- and three-bedroom cabins that accommodate the majority of guests. Each cabin includes a private bath and deck overlooking the lake.  The internet is accessible from the cabins too.
