The LHCCVB can:

• Help negotiate the best hotel rates, secure group function space, and provide transportation options, welcome packets, speakers and housing services if required.
• Assist with coordination of off-site tours and spousal activities, plus post conference programs.
• Provide site inspection arrangements.
• Distribute visitor guides, selected brochures and a calendar of events.
