New Life for Fontainebleau Las Vegas

The unfinished Fontainebleau Las Vegas has been picked up for $157 million, pending a judge’s approval. The project, just north on The Strip from Encore at Wynn, stalled after $2 billion had been spent getting it to 70 percent complete. It’s estimated that it will take another $1.5 billion to finish the 63-story building and 27-acre grounds.
