Downtown Bellevue provides a wide range of shopping, dining and nightlife destinations and more projects are currently under construction. The Bravern commercial and retail development is immediately adjacent to Meydenbauer Center. When it opens in 2008 (commercial) and 2009 (retail) it will feature 300,000 square feet of open air retail anchored by the Pacific Northwest's only Neiman Marcus.

 

Meydenbauer Center, the Eastside's premier convention center and theatre, has completed the renovation of its 36,000 square foot Center Hall, a transformation of the functional exhibit area to a warm and modern inviting event space. Construction on the center hall project began in January 2007 and was completed in April 2007. The $1.92 million renovation came in on time and on budget with remarkably little impact on guests and clients.
