Last August, San Diego State University launched a Master’s program in Meeting and Event Management. The 18-month program is in partnership with Meetings Professionals Internationals. The program is mostly online and includes students from all corners of the industry, including associations, corporations, venues and independent planning.
“We pride ourselves on providing real world content, often delivered by industry professionals…the kind of thing they can take back to work the next day,” said Jeff Campbell, program director for the Master’s degree program.
