Did you miss us? Because we sure missed you
Do you smell that? It’s the sweet, sweet smell of in-person gatherings. After more than year of F2F phobia, things are beginning to look more normal than they have in…oh, it feels like ages. But although meetings came to a screeching halt, plenty of hospitality partners, including our Smart Stars winners, were busy.
During this time, a multitude of hotel properties and destinations took a step back, reevaluated and remade themselves. Some underwent renovations, most readjusted their approach to cleanliness, and guest and employee safety, but they all did one thing: They came back stronger. This year’s Smart Stars winners not only display an exceptional approach to meetings and events, but show that when you weather the storm, great things can await on the other side.
Thanks to Smart Meetings readers, this list of 181—in a total of 32 categories—of the best and brightest airlines, CVBs, DMOs and hotel properties, ranging from best location for a ski trip to the best resort to take your family, has been compiled. All to make the search for top-tier properties and premier destinations easier for you.
We love seeing our hospitality friends thrive, and Smart Stars is a celebration of just that. We’re glad to see another year come around followed by stories of success and happy meetings.
