In addition to a free hotel stay and event participation, we offer a $50 travel stipend for regional events and a $300 travel stipend for national events. With two power-house presenters speaking at Smart Meeting Northeast, meeting planners will receive two CEUs toward their CMP certification.
We accept premier hotels and destinations from across the United States and our top-tier list of suppliers is updated regularly. Please contact our Events Team at for an updated listing of properties.
We use a sophisticated software to custom match our planners with premier properties that fit your region, budget and venue preferences. As the event nears, planners and suppliers will have the opportunity to select their appointment preferences to ensure their highest attendee satisfaction.
Yes! Planners are welcome to attend one regional event and one national event each year. Hotels and destinations may attend unlimited events.
Yes. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both our meeting planners and our valued hotels and destinations. To ensure our suppliers receive their highest value and client satisfaction, we require meeting planners to attend the entire event in order to receive their airfare reimbursement.
