With his edgy platinum locks and cherry-red convertibles, Food Network star Guy Fieri is known for his sense of flair. The celebrity chef’s food is similarly flashy. Planners booking events or organizing buyouts at his popular eateries located around the country are treated to bold, American-inspired food and drink, with signature dishes often presented in stacked towers (pictured). Diners are advised to bring their appetites, as the portions are often as large as Fieri’s personality.

Las Vegas

Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar in Linq was voted best gastropub in Las Vegas in 2015 by Las Vegas Review-Journal. The eatery specializes in casual foods with a Vegas touch. Fireball whisky wings are infused with the cinnamon-flavored spirit and served with blue cheese wasabi dipping sauce. The tatted-up turkey burger is grilled with poblanos, topped with bacon and two cheeses, slathered with sauces and served on a pretzel bun. The cheesecake challenge is half of a marble cheesecake garnished with potato chips, pretzels and hot fudge.

Santa Rosa

Tex Wasabi’s Rock n’ Roll Sushi BBQ in California is Fieri’s homage to two of his favorite foods. For a dish that incorporates both, order the snakebite. The deep-fried sushi roll combines pulled pork, shrimp tempura, cream cheese and avocado, and is served with BBQ sauce. Fans of fried food also love the fried dill pickles and infamous tuna tots, which are deep-fried sushi rice balls topped with spicy tuna and yuzu vinaigrette.

Atlantic City

Guy Fieri’s Chophouse is located in Bally’s in New Jersey. For an appetizer with a Garden State twist, sample the South Jersey kick ‘n calamari, prepared with sweet hot peppers. Main courses focus on steakhouse selections. Try the java-rubbed ribeye chop (beef rubbed with a coffee and ancho chili spice mix and served with mole butter) or the bacon mac ‘n cheese burger, a gargantuan feast that incorporates six different cheeses.

Laughlin, Nevada

El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey, is located in Harrah’s Laughlin Casino & Hotel. In addition to specialty cocktails such as the jalapeno cilantro margarita, the eatery features traditional Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos and fajitas. Choose one of four signature salsas ranging from medium to hell-fire hot. For dessert, sample the churros, served warm with Mexican chocolate and dulce de leche dip.
