Aaron Feeney
Viceroy Hotel Group announced Aaron Feeney as area director of sales and marketing for three Urban Retreat Collection properties in San Francisco—Hotel Zelos, Hotel Zetta and Hotel Zeppelin. He was most recently director of sales, marketing and events at Andaz Napa for five years. Feeney previously worked all over the country for Hyatt, including stints in Long Beach and Chicago.
Milton Segarra
Milton Segarra begins his new position as CEO of Visit Mississippi Gulf Coast on January 8. He was previously president and CEO of Meet Puerto Rico, where he oversaw the organization’s San Juan headquarters and satellite offices in Chicago, New York, Dallas, Orlando and Washington, D.C. Segarra is a member of the Board of Directors for Destinations International and a member of the group’s finance committee. In the past, he’s served as executive director of Puerto Rico Tourism Company.
Sandy Lam
Benchmark Resorts & Hotels appointed Sandy Lam director of sales and marketing for The Grove Resort & Spa Orlando. While in her previous role as director of sales and marketing for Radisson Resort Orlando Celebration, Lam was presented with the Director of Sales & Marketing of the Year Award by Interstate Hotels. She’s also worked at BVHG Hospitality, Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort in Lake Buena Vista and various properties in New York.
Lindsay Cagley
Lindsay Cagley has been named general manager of the new Limelight Hotel Snowmass in Colorado, which is expected to open in November 2018. Prior to joining the brand six years ago, Cagley worked at Crested Butte Mountain Resort and Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Massimiliano Musto
Massimiliano “Max” Musto is excited to be returning to Thailand, where he joined the Four Seasons family almost 20 years ago. He’s the new general manager of Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai and Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle. Musto was most recently the opening general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Moscow and previously worked as resort manager at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita and general manager at Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano in Egypt.
Gayle Klein
Smart Meetings welcomes Gayle Klein as global director of meetings and events. In her new role, she oversees the company’s events team and sourcing service, Smart Meetings 360. She most recently served as director of sales for Blueprint Studios. Klein previously worked in various sales positions at Skyline Hospitality, Fairmont Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and Kimpton Hotels.
