2019 was a year chock full of fun. With events (our own, as well as the many we’ve attended) across the United States and Canada, the Smart Meetings team both witnessed and learned a lot, whether it was about the ever-changing landscape of the meetings industry or how to keep attendees engaged in the 21st century.
