Smart Meetings’ digital newsletter, which was newly redesigned and launched in August, just won Best Niche eNewsletter at the 2015 Digital Nichee Awards in Savannah, Georgia. Winners were announced at the annual Niche Digital Conference, put on by Niche Media and held this year Sept. 28–30 at Hilton Savannah DeSoto. The event, specifically created to address the concerns of the niche media market, featured workshops, presentations and a surprise appearance by “Forrest Gump,” who willingly shared his box of chocolates with attendees.
