Carl Winston: What will post-coronavirus meetings look like?

Now that we’re here, there’s one question on everyone’s minds: What are meetings going to look like now?

Carl Winston, director at San San Diego State University‘s L. Robert Payne School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, goes over what he thinks will happen to the industry when COVID-19 is a thing of the past. “I think the new gold standard of future meetings is going to be around health, sanitation and safety,” he said.
