What is the hot spot for rewarding top performers in 2023 and beyond? We are glad you asked because Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) President Stephanie Harris has the answers.

In addition to sharing the results of IRF’s annual Incentive Trends Report about who is participating, what is happening to budgets and where people want to go, she will share insights from a new Expectations study outlining the priorities for attendees and planners. Spoiler alert, all-inclusive properties are popping up on more agendas as the quality and service have elevated the experience and even younger generations are finding they like the convenience and choice they offer in some of their favorite places.

Stephanie Harris is the president of Incentive Research Foundation (IRF). She directs the strategy and efforts of the IRF, an organization that funds and promotes research and education to increase understanding, effective use and benefits of non-cash incentives for businesses globally. Whether planning a corporate retreat, wedding, or any other event, this webinar will provide valuable insights to help you maximize your all-inclusive resort experience.

Prior to joining the IRF, Harris was part of the American Express Meetings & Events leadership team, leading global event strategy, thought leadership and marketing. She started her career in incentives with Maritz, where she was VP of Brand Marketing & Strategy and currently serves on the board of the Events Industry Council. Harris resides in St. Louis with her husband, has four (mostly grown & on their own) children, and Labrador Retriever.
