Ty M. Sheaks is a frequent speaker, author, and faculty legal advisor to the International Association of Venue Managers. Ty leads the Restaurant & Hospitality Section of the law firm McCathern, Shokouhi, Evans, and Grinke from its Frisco, Texas office at The Star. He has extensive experience in the courtroom litigating a variety of business disputes as well as a robust transactional practice negotiating a variety of contracts and handling mergers & acquisitions.
